Shiba Mirabu, has regained the Soul of Shiba and now possesses the wisdom of all past Phoenix Clan Champions.
Shiba Aikune, the hero of the clan, has once again proven his mastery of the Last Wish and has removed himself
to seclusion to continue to explore the strange artifact’s true purpose. The Elemental Council has led the
clan to several decisive victories against the Mantis and are extremely proud of their power. Now they
maneuver in the Imperial Court to relegate the Mantis Clan to minor clan status by proving that their charter
was not property ratified by Toturi I.
